1. What is your shipping policy?

Processing time: 1-2 weeks

Shipped from: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Shipped via: Canada Post regular parcel - please note that due to COVID-19, you may experience delays as they are experiencing Christmas-level parcel volumes. Parcels are being shipped as expedited parcels and take between 1-7 days normally.

Cecile Lau Calligraphy takes no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you on time (ie. gift/special occasion). Items may held at the border without my control.

2. I really loved an item but it is sold out, what can I do?

Please contact me ("Say Hello") and I will do my best to see if I can help you! 

3. Are all of your art pieces original?

Yes, all of my art pieces (unless otherwise indicated) are thoughtfully hand painted and hand lettered originally by me. No pieces are exactly the same or reproduced. If a piece is reproduced, it will be noted in the item's description. 

4. How do you create your hand lettered and art work pieces?

Majority of my items are completed by hand. This means I do not produce it digitally (unless otherwise stated in the description). I use a mix of mediums to create beautiful pieces for you! They include watercolour and acrylic paints, paint brushes, calligraphy pens and ink. 

5. Do you offer commissions? 

Depending on the scope of the project and my availability, I do accept commissions for large pieces of art work. Please email me directly and we can chat further about the possibility of creating your idea into a reality! 

6. Where do you ship to?

At this time, I am shipping only to Canada and U.S.A. I hope to extend it internationally when I am able to do so. 

7. What are the shipping costs? 

At this time, I am offering free shipping. Enjoy! 

8. What form of payments do you accept?

I accept VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. 

9. What is your return policy? 

I want more than nothing for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the product showing the damage and i will ship a new item free of charge to you. All custom/personalized orders are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
